It's that time again! This year we decided to stick with the same theme, to enable our very ambitious participants to finish, while setting a new challenge for anyone who wants to join in new this time around. The purpose of the challenge is to help you challenge yourself both by learning a new stitch and improving your research skills, in order to do more authentic work! Items can include anything that you use to keep you warm, such as hats, gloves, coats and cloaks.

Here's the linen for the side panels of the dress in a Sappan wood dye bath. The linen mordanted for a day, the wood was also soaked for a day. The linen has been in the bath for about 20 minutes at this point. I'm going to leave it in till Sunday.
